What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admin Receptionist position at Prosidium Warranty & Capital?

We are looking for an exceptional customer service professional who shares our passion for service and excellence. Automotive dealership or insurance/claims administration experience is a plus. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook along with reception skills are preferred. Bilingual candidates who are fluent in Spanish & English are preferred, but not required.


The essential functions will include:

  • Answering, screening and responding to telephone calls on a multi-line system

  • Maintain the whereabouts and movement of staff in and out of the organization

  • Strong clerical skills - photocopying, faxing, typing meeting notes, preparing letters and documents, data entry, filing, making travel arrangements, schedule appointments

  • Creating presentation using graphics

  • Completing expense reports, maintaining schedules, plan events and coordinate meetings and events

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to quickly learn organizational structure and the objectives of the team

  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines

  • High levels of integrity and discretion

  • Create, run and distribute sales reports utilizing various software programs

  • Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of constituent groups such as senior management, peers, and outside contacts
