What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admin Receptionist position at Prosidium Warranty & Capital?
We are looking for an exceptional customer service professional who shares our passion for service and excellence. Automotive dealership or insurance/claims administration experience is a plus. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook along with reception skills are preferred. Bilingual candidates who are fluent in Spanish & English are preferred, but not required.
The essential functions will include:
Answering, screening and responding to telephone calls on a multi-line system
Maintain the whereabouts and movement of staff in and out of the organization
Strong clerical skills - photocopying, faxing, typing meeting notes, preparing letters and documents, data entry, filing, making travel arrangements, schedule appointments
Creating presentation using graphics
Completing expense reports, maintaining schedules, plan events and coordinate meetings and events
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to quickly learn organizational structure and the objectives of the team
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
High levels of integrity and discretion
Create, run and distribute sales reports utilizing various software programs
Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of constituent groups such as senior management, peers, and outside contacts
