Proskauer is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic individual to join the Paralegal Services team. This role will assist in the coordination and execution of the Firm's paralegal programs and initiatives. The Paralegal Intern will report to the Senior Manager of Paralegal Services and work closely with the Paralegal Services Supervisor and Paralegal Services Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Support all departmental processes, including new paralegal orientation, recruitment, staffing, evaluations, and processing payment and tracking of departmental expenses
• Assist with the annual Project Assistant orientation program including updating training schedules, coordinating travel for new hires, organizing speakers, trainers, conference rooms and meals for the week-long program
• Support firmwide on-call program across departments and track paralegal vacation schedules and holiday coverage
• Administer paralegal mentoring and integration programs including tracking mentor relationships and related expenses
• Coordinate conference room set-ups and audio-visual coordination across offices, including department meetings, interviews, and trainings.

Qualifications

This internship will run from June 2, 2025 through July 25, 2025.

This position will require physical presence in Proskauer's offices on a regular basis (at least 3x per week, or more, if it becomes the policy of the Firm or as business needs require). The anticipated compensation for this position is $17.50 per hour. The actual salary offered will be based on a number of factors including but not limited to the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and / or from which they will be performing the job.
