• Full-Time Position – Hiring a Full-Time Delivery Driver with Class A-57 CDL (or Higher Classification) (Will Train if Needed!)
• 90-Day Probationary Period

Duties Include (but are not limited to):

• Deliver products to customers, including navigating routes efficiently.
• Secure and strap down loads properly.
• Unload trucks by hand, handling 50-70 lbs repeatedly.
• Use machinery to load & unload trucks when necessary (pallet jacks, forklifts, skid steers, tractors, etc)
• Pick, pack, and ship small parcel orders (UPS & USPS experience preferred).
• Stock supplies.
• Pick and stage local delivery orders.
• Serve as a backup warehouse worker when needed.
• Perform general cleaning and housekeeping duties.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to lift 50-70 lbs repeatedly.
• Must be able to unload trucks independently.
• Must obtain Class A-57 CDL within 90 days of hire (training provided).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
• Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
• Clean driving record and valid Tennessee Driver’s License.
• Must have a reliable cell phone with consistent service (company contributes toward your phone bill).

• Be clean and well-groomed.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Be punctual and dependable—reliability is a must!
• Dress cleanly (company shirts provided).
• NEVER smoke in company vehicles or on company property (some products are highly flammable).
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, integrity, and self-motivation.
