Job Summary
The Document Specialist will be responsible for reviewing records for accuracy, preparing documents, as needed for job assignments. This person will be working directly with other team members to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Duties/Responsibilities
The Document Specialist will spend a significant amount of time working in an office environment, utilizing a computer or other standard office equipment. The position may also require occasional travel as deemed necessary. This position may require sitting or standing for extended periods of time and may involve some light lifting or carrying of documents or equipment.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage right of way documents, including easements, permits, and agreements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the acquisition process.
- Assist with research, administration, and coordination of ongoing projects.
- Review and analyze records for accuracy and completeness.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of database/document experience
- Experience reading, analyzing, and processing real estate legal documents.
- Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate on a team or work externally with clients as needed.
