Job Summary : Responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for projects by analyzing RFQs, specifications, and other documentation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare detailed cost estimates.
- Collaborate with team members to gather necessary information.
- Identify and quantify cost factors, time, materials, and labor expenses.
- Prepare and present estimates and quotes.
- Maintain and update estimating for records.
- Assist in the preparation of bid proposal negotiations.
- Monitor and track project costs to ensure they align with estimates.
- Occasional travel to project sites may be required.
