Shifts: Day Shift (M-F, 8-Hour Day Shift) Rotating weekends
REQUIRED: Licensed LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist
The role involves providing therapeutic interventions to adults experiencing a mental health facilities in a 24-hour psychiatric center. The ideal candidate has inpatient psychiatric/behavioral health experience:
Job Duties:
- Create a wellness and recovery-oriented environment
- Offer direct services to consumers and their families
- Develop treatment and safety plans, educating team members on recovery strategies, coordinating services with other programs and agencies, applying trauma-informed care
- Monitor the therapeutic environment, maintaining documentation, and overseeing program operations in the absence of the supervisor.
