- Monitor and respond to customer and member requests.
- Process purchase orders for our showroom.
- Partner with our Accounts Payable staff to resolve invoicing questions.
- Support our designers and customers by taking ownership of issues such as backorders, shipping dates, and damage replacements.
- Assist the Ordering Department with general ordering and confirmations.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Able to identify and solve problems
- Attentive to detail
- Able to communicate effectively, both in writing and conversationally, preferably in both English and Spanish
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and are comfortable learning other software programs
Salary : $17 - $18
