Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing Specialist to lead both online and physical marketing initiatives. This role is critical for driving our brand's growth across social media platforms while also executing impactful physical campaigns with creative and engaging materials. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in marketing, coupled with strong graphic design skills, to effectively bridge digital and traditional channels.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to grow brand visibility, engagement, and audience across platforms.
• Plan, design, and execute physical marketing campaigns, including flyers, brochures, signage, and event materials.
• Manage content creation for social media, including graphics, videos, and engaging copy.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure alignment across digital and physical marketing efforts.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and ensure ROI.
• Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials and platforms.
• Research and stay updated on emerging marketing trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in executing social media and physical marketing campaigns.
• Expertise in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong creative and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
