AIRLINE PASSENGER WHEELCHAIR ASSISTANT AM/PM

We can not guarantee specific shifts will be available. Our schedules are done on a bid process and based on flight schedules.

Full Time and Part time available (All shift are 8 hours. Part time is less days)

We are hiring for AM and PM shifts

Must have reliable transportation for these shifts

Job Duties-

• Transport passengers with mobility limitations to, from and around the inside of the airport. Including, taking them through TSA security checkpoint
• Assist in lifting passengers that require assistance getting in or out of their chair or aircraft seat. Some passengers might require a full lift that will be done with two psa's
• Assist passengers with their carry-on or gate checked baggage.
• Making sure each and every passenger gets to their destination safely and in a timely manner, with all of their belongings

Requirements-

• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, the entirety of the shift. Physically demanding position
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must speak, communicate, and understand English as all lessons are in English
• Computer literacy required as all lessons are required for the positions
• Must be able to lift 25-40lbs frequently and over 50lbs occasionally
• Professional at all times while providing great customer service
• At least 18 years of age
• Prior customer service background a plus
• Able to pass a 10-year background check
• Must meet all requirements to obtain an airport badge
• Must be able to pass random drug screenings
• Weekends and Holidays required
