Unaccompanied Minor Airline passenger Assistant/Wheelchair Assistant
This position is a cross-trained position and you will be utilized in the department that is in most need
Job Requirements-
- Must be able to be flexible in shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer literacy require as all lessons are required for all positions
- Must speak, communicate, and understand English as all communication is in English
- Great communication skills
- Reliable/Responsible/Professional
- Organized
- Works well with others in a team environment
- Great with kids
- Must be able to stand and walk throughout entire shift
- Must be able to lift 25lbs frequently and 50 pounds occasionally

PSA-Passenger Wheelchair Assistant $14.70 plus tips
*Assist passengers who require a wheelchair to get to their gate in a timely manner.
*Push passengers through security and to their gate.
*Assist passenger onto the plane when it is time to board.
*Full body lift of passenger, if they have no mobility (two person task)
UM Runner-$15.50
· Assist Airline Unaccompanied Minor Passengers to and from their connecting flights and or to the designated Unaccompanied Minor rooms in a timely manner.
Prior experience working with minors a plus
· Walk long distances through concourses while minding an Unaccompanied Minor(s).
* Follow all safety protocols in place to ensure our Unaccompanied minor passengers are safe and taken care of, at all times that they are in our care
· Understand our communication system using a provided tablet. Keep track of all paperwork and documents needed to get the passenger to their next step in their destination
· Communicate information regarding the UM to their designated relative/guardian.
· Keep UM rooms clean and orderly.
*As a UM runner there could be times where there is required overnight care. If the minor passenger misses their connecting flight, has a delayed flight, cancelled flight, etc
We are required to stay with them until their next flight leaves.
*Know proper procedures and airport rules to help passenger navigate through the airport in the most stress-free way possible.
Weekends and Holidays are required
