Duties:

Cabin service leads are responsible for immediate oversight cabin service teams including cleaning, searching & provisioning commercial aircraft to ensure performance goals are met. This also includes delegating tasks to frontline employees, performing & completing thorough security checks as mandated by our airline client, the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) and the TSA (Transportation Security Administration) along with all relevant documentation. Other items include;

• Ensure familiarity with all areas of the operation and aircraft and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner while complying with company’s expectations, policies, & procedures
• Assist in managing daily operation to ensure all assigned tasks are completed efficiently and thoroughly
• Prepare and lead teams when servicing flights, including assuring all equipment and supplies are available and in working order
• Work closely with dispatchers and managers to ensure employee assignments are followed and completed correctly
• Complete safety and compliance audits on cabin service employees
• Assure proper handling of hazardous materials (if applicable), and follow safety procedures (PPE; safety vest, ear plugs, etc.) and work safely both on the aircraft and outside on the ramp
• Ensure the operation functions in a safe, caring, dependable and efficient manner at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Applicants must have a valid drivers license or state ID and be able to pass a federal background check
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to physically perform required work
• Professional appearance
• Customer service skills
• Dependable, self motivated and responsible
• Ability to work a flexible, rotating schedule, including nights, early mornings, and weekends
• Prior leadership experience is required

Pay: $11.50 - $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
