What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scheduling Specialist position at PROSPECT AIRPORT SERVICES?
Administrative Assistants ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the office and support the work of management and other staff. Successful candidates will have excellent customer service and must be outcome oriented. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail is essential. You will be fully engaged and busy from the first day and we guarantee there will never be a dull moment.
Responsibilities:
- Update daily the schedule to reflect changes in employee availability, vacations, PSL, and other business needs.
- Integrating New Hires onto the schedule assigning them to their appropriate shifts and days off.
- Communicate schedule changes and updates to employees and management in a timely manner
- Collaborate with management, recruiting and training departments to align scheduling and staffing needs
- Assist with Customs Seal documentation
- Cover reception area as needed
- Will be assigned projects as needed and is expected to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy
- Assist and support office management
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree desired
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook a must
- Knowledge of operating standard office equipment
- Proven minimum 1-year Admin or assistant experience
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong personnel, organizational and planning skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
