About the Position:
The Assistant General Manager at Prospect Operating LLC is responsible for assisting the General Manager in various aspects of hotel operations. This includes financial management, human resources, sales and marketing, and guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Assist in generating and reviewing financial reports, including budgets, projections, forecasting, and revenue analysis.
- Human Resources: Collaborate with the GM and HR partner on staffing, training, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and compliance with labor laws.
- Sales & Marketing: Contribute to sales strategies, assist in maintaining relationships with key accounts, and actively promote The Prospect.
- Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional guest service by addressing concerns, anticipating needs, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
