The Experienced Maintenance Technician is a vital member of our resort operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our resort facilities and equipment. This includes performing routine maintenance tasks, responding to guest requests, and making recommendations for facility improvements.

- Perform routine maintenance tasks on resort assets, including equipment and facilities
- Respond promptly to internal and external guest requests
- Prioritize work based on team, guest, and business needs
- Make recommendations and implement corrective actions to improve facilities
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Focused on maintaining a safe work environment
