Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Check clients in and out
- Answer, screen and forward phone calls
- Ensure lobby area is tidy and presentable
-Ability to write clear and accurate medical notes in patient record
- Ability to read and interpret a patient's medical records
- Ability to triage and educate clients over the phone with doctor's recommendations
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of diseases processes and medical terminology
-Maintain clear communication between doctors and fellow staff members
- Must be professional with outstanding customer service and phone etiquette
- Basic Math skills / Money Handling
-Ability to stand, walk or sit for prolonged periods of time
-Ability to lift up to 30 pounds without assistance
-Basic knowledge of computer and office equipment

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
