Frontier Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Guide customers through the sales enrollment process and successfully acquire new clients
- Accurately input confidential customer information ensuring all application requirements are met and data is securely handled
- Engaging with new and existing customers and providing customer satisfaction when informing them on the latest services from Frontier and closing sales
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our client’s products and services to effectively communicate with our customers and drive sales
- Strive to meet individual and team objectives, ensuring the success of both our team and the fulfillment of our client's needs
Frontier Sales Representative Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience in customer service, sales, or any other customer-related field
- Exhibit strong communication and active listening skills to effectively close sales while building strong relationships with customers
- Display a positive attitude with customers, management, fellow junior and senior associates, and our clients
- Ability to problem-solve in challenging situations and adapt
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
