POSITION PURPOSE
The Internet Banking (IB) Supervisor position reports directly to the Internet Banking Department Manager. The Internet Banking Supervisor is responsible for providing oversight on all operation systems, processes and associate performance and development.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
- Ability to analyze trends to mitigate risks and minimize bank loses
- Oversee the technical function on both IB online banking platforms (Commercial and Retail) operations
- Maintain the technical function of all systems related to the overall IB department
- Primary point of contact for escalated issues and concerns from other lines of business and management
- Primary point of contact for critical department system updates and maintenance to include but not limited to Positive Pay and Intelligence Workplace (Frontier)
- Responsible for overseeing reconciliation of GL’s and accounts used for Zelle settlement
- Oversees invoice reclamation of both Zelle and TransferNow transactions
- Develops, implements, trains, and maintains bank procedures for Internet Banking operations.
- Ensure all processes performed adhere to any and all bank polices and procedures
- Ensure timely processing and compliance with Bank procedures and regulations
- Responsible for IB recurring daily, weekly and monthly reporting
- Provide thorough and accurate reporting to management and other lines of business on demand
- Lead associate on new product development, enhancement, or implementation
- Lead associate on all department training or associate development
- Responsible for the daily overall team accuracy of information communicated (verbal or written) to other lines of business
- Escalation contact for all department issues needing assistance from our vendor
- Subject matter expert on all related online banking system and department process activities
- Serves as a backup for the Internet Banking manager’s day-to-day processes and responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Certification:
High school diploma or equivalent
Required Knowledge:
Great working knowledge of Microsoft office: Excel, Outlook. Word, etc.
General knowledge of financial compliance and regulations procedures
Experience Required:
5 years of bank operations of supervisory/managerial experience specifically with Internet Banking processing or related fields. Electronic Banking products or similar.
Skills/Abilities:
Have a positive, professional, and courteous interaction with customers and associates
Have an intellectual curiosity, desire to pursue answers/solutions, independent problem solving
Must be a self-starter that can mange multiple project/duties with minimal supervision
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
40 hours per week.
