POSITION PURPOSE
Supports Treasury Services Sales Officers and their sales of Treasury Services solutions to Prosperity’s Commercial and Retail clients and prospects. Strong computer skills to assist with sales management, presentations, reporting, product and solution documents, and models for analyzing markets, revenue and profitability, pricing, etc. Serves as a back-up to the Treasury Services Sales Team for issue escalation and resolution.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
- Support Treasury Services Sales Officers with sales management, presentations, reports, collateral review and design, product review and enhancements, analysis of markets, portfolios, revenue, profitability, and pricing, and other duties as requested
- Develop and generate presentations, pricing proformas, responses to Requests for Proposals, pre-call preparation, relationship reviews, and account structures
- Accompany Treasury Services Sales Officers on sales calls
- Prepare and ensure execution of all Treasury Services on-boarding documents
- Monitor implementation from beginning to end to ensure deadlines are met and client expectation is met or exceeded
- Review first Account Analysis statement to ensure the client is invoice for all implemented services
- Assist with management of relationships including but not limited to renewals of limits for operating exposure, resolving service issues, training clients/prospects in use of Treasury Services solutions, and direct communication with clients/prospects in coordination with colleagues across Prosperity
- Assist with ongoing education to Commercial and Banking Center colleagues of the Prosperity suite of Treasury Services solutions and appropriate positioning thereof

QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related degree or equivalent work experience
Required Knowledge:
Experience Required: Financial services internship or equivalent preferred
Skills/Abilities: Demonstrated willingness to learn, implement feedback, and act
Ability to develop working relationships with clients/prospects and colleagues
Ability to work independently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to create proformas and understand formulas involved in analysis
Ability to read financial statements
Excellent presentation skills to develop customized presentations for internal and
external use
Excellent PC skills using spreadsheet and word processing software
Demonstrated resourcefulness and ability to research issues and conflicts for
best resolutions
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
40 hours per week
