About the Role
Are you driven by excellence in financial operations and passionate about leading a high-performing team? As Manager of Revenue Cycle Management, you'll oversee a pod of billing, posting, and AR colleagues—ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maximizing insurance revenue collection.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll coach your team, track performance, and lead with clarity and accountability. You’ll serve as an escalation point, analyze pod-level data, and help shape departmental improvements that drive results.

What You’ll Do
Team Leadership
- Lead and support a pod of RCM colleagues handling billing, collections, and payment posting
- Monitor real-time performance metrics and adjust strategy as needed to meet daily and monthly goals
- Coach, train, and develop your team to ensure ongoing growth and collaboration
- Serve as an expert-level escalation point for team challenges
Operational Execution
- Identify and implement improvements to billing workflows and claim resolution
- Stay current on regulations and billing requirements to ensure compliance
- Participate in hiring and onboarding of new pod members
Training & Development
- Deliver targeted training and reinforce best practices across the pod
- Promote a culture of learning, accountability, and excellence
What You’ll Bring
- 5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management (behavioral health billing a plus)
- 2 years of supervisory or team lead experience
- Deep knowledge of billing, A/R management, and payer requirements
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and capable of balancing multiple priorities independently
