Responsibilities

- Oversee the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures.

- Manage shift schedules effectively to ensure adequate staffing levels for optimal patient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and streamline care processes.
- Supervise nursing staff, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
