Job Summary: The Executive Director will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for a reputable substance abuse treatment center. This role involves directing all aspects of the organization's program, ensuring the delivery of high-quality treatment services, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. The Executive Director will work collaboratively with staff, stakeholders, and the community to promote the center's mission and achieve its goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to achieve the center's mission and objectives.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, including clients, families, community organizations, and funding sources.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, implementing improvements as needed.
- Ensure the maintenance of high ethical standards and practices across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-4 years of leadership experience in a substance abuse treatment setting.
- Strong knowledge of substance abuse treatment modalities and best practices.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and financial operations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Experience with regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
