Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support marketing and administrative functions. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, ensuring timely communication, and supporting the marketing team’s operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Invoice Management: Track and organize marketing-related invoices, ensuring timely approvals and payments.
- Weekly Reports: Update and distribute marketing performance reports, tracking key metrics and campaign effectiveness.
- Review Monitoring: Tracking and reporting both positive and negative reviews.
- Office Supplies: Manage the ordering and inventory of office materials.
- Directory Listings: Update and maintain online business and healthcare directory listings to ensure accurate company information.
- General Marketing Support: Assist with administrative tasks related to campaigns, partnerships, and internal communications as needed.
- Other Admin Duties: Including but not limited to meeting scheduling and vendor/paperwork coordination.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, administration, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc). Experience with project management tools (especially Asana) is a plus.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate needs, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions proactively.
- Team Player: Willing to help wherever is needed with a positive, productive attitude.
- Marketing Knowledge (Preferred): Basic understanding of digital marketing, online directories, and customer review platforms (Google Reviews, Yelp, etc.).
