As CPO, you will lead the product vision, strategy, and execution for MAVI. This includes:

●     Lead Product Strategy: You will define and champion MAVI's overall product vision, roadmap, and strategy of MAVI's AI Market Intelligence Solutions Suite. This involves conducting in-depth market research, analyzing competitive landscapes, and identifying opportunities to meet evolving customer needs. You will translate this vision into a clear roadmap that guides the development and execution of MAVI's product offerings.

●     Oversee Product Development: You will manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, launch, and iteration. This includes:

○     Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and unmet needs. You will lead efforts to gather market intelligence, analyze competitor offerings, and identify areas where MAVI can provide unique value to customers.

○     Gathering and prioritizing product requirements and use cases. You will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring that MAVI's solutions address real-world challenges and deliver tangible benefits.

○     Collaborating with engineering, data science, and design teams to develop and deliver high-quality products with exceptional user experiences. You will foster collaboration between cross-functional teams, ensuring product development aligns with MAVI's technical capabilities and design principles.

○     Overseeing product testing, launch, and ongoing iteration based on user feedback and market trends. You will oversee product testing and launch activities, ensuring that MAVI's solutions meet the highest quality standards. You will also establish feedback loops to gather user insights and drive ongoing product iteration based on market trends and customer needs.

●     Drive Business Growth: You will drive MAVI's business growth by setting product and solution pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals. You will analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new product opportunities and drive revenue growth. This involves developing pricing strategies that align with MAVI's value proposition and competitive landscape.

●     Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: You will work closely with engineering, data science, sales, marketing, and legal teams to ensure successful product development and launch. This requires strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively coordinate activities across different departments and ensure alignment with MAVI's overall business objectives.

●     Champion Customer Satisfaction: You will ensure customer satisfaction goals are met or exceeded by establishing a strong feedback loop and continuously improving MAVI's offerings. This involves actively seeking customer feedback, analyzing customer satisfaction metrics, and driving initiatives to enhance the customer experience.

●     Promote a Culture of Innovation: You will foster innovation and continuous improvement within the product and operations teams. This includes encouraging experimentation, promoting knowledge sharing, and creating an environment where employees feel empowered to contribute new ideas and challenge the status quo.

●     Proven Product Leadership: 10 years of experience as a product manager or line executive in an innovation-oriented data/analytics/research-oriented business.

●     Deep Understanding of AI and Market Intelligence: Strong grasp of AI technologies, market analysis principles, and the application of AI in market intelligence.

●     Strategic Thinking and Execution: Ability to develop and execute product strategies that align with MAVI's mission and vision.

●     Data-Driven Decision Making: Proven ability to use data and analytics to inform product decisions and drive business outcomes.

●     Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills: Effectively communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders and fostering team collaboration.
