The Role
As COO, you will oversee the daily operations of all six hotels, ensuring seamless coordination between departments, optimizing profitability, and maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction and reporting to ownership. You will direct and work closely with VPs, General Managers and executive team to implement growth strategies, streamline operations, and drive brand excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and enhance operations across all properties, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, profitability, and employee engagement.
- Lead and mentor General Managers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Optimize financial performance through budgeting, revenue management, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and sustainability initiatives.
- Drive expansion opportunities, partnerships, and brand development.

- Proven experience as a COO, VP of Operations, or Regional Director in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
- Track record of successfully managing multi-property hotel operations.
