Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute an integrated Azure GTM strategy that aligns sales, partnerships, and product efforts to drive measurable business outcomes.
- Partnership Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships with Microsoft to ensure alignment and maximize co-sell opportunities. Collaborate on joint initiatives to enhance ProsperOps’ visibility in the Azure ecosystem.
- Ecosystem Development: Establish and nurture relationships with Azure-focused partners, including systems integrators, managed service providers, and technology alliances.
- GTM Execution: Design and implement high-impact GTM campaigns, working closely with marketing to tailor content and initiatives for Azure-focused audiences.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor the competitive landscape and identify key differentiators that position ProsperOps as the top choice for Azure cost optimization. Develop strategies to address gaps and capitalize on opportunities.
- Customer Insights: Act as the voice of the customer by gathering feedback, identifying market trends, and influencing product development to address evolving needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to create Azure-specific sales playbooks, training materials, and other resources that enable the field to execute effectively.
- Experience: 5-7 years in cloud-focused roles, with at least 3 years specializing in Azure. Proven success in sales, alliances, or partnerships is highly preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of Azure’s ecosystem, including marketplace integration, co-sell programs, and cloud cost optimization strategies. Familiarity with competing platforms (AWS, GCP) and multi-cloud strategies is a plus.
- Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated ability to connect the dots between partnerships, sales motions, and product strategies to deliver impactful results.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Adaptability: Proven success in dynamic, fast-paced environments where priorities shift quickly.
- Portfolio: A history of delivering successful GTM campaigns, product launches, or strategic initiatives, showcasing your ability to drive measurable outcomes.
