QUALITY TECHNICIAN - 3RD SHIFT
PRIMARY FUNCTION :
- Perform assigned routine inspections, analysis and / or tests on materials, goods in process, or finished goods where results are compared with company quality standards. Report results to applicable personnel.
- Perform 1st piece inspections and in-process audits regarding the use of correct materials, methods, devices.
- Follows documented manufacturing work instructions.
- Perform SPC methods; evaluate data, data entry of miscellaneous quality statistics, figures and reports.
- Train hourly associates, subcontractor personnel and temporary help personnel as required.
- Filing as necessary.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing assigned goals and targets.
