Under the direct supervision of the Chief Communications Officer, the Executive Director of the Foundation will lead our philanthropic efforts in support of advancing healthcare excellence in our community. The Executive Director will be responsible for developing and executing strategic fundraising initiatives, building strong donor relationships, and fostering community engagement for Prosser Memorial Health Foundation. In addition, this position will research and apply for grant opportunities for Prosser Memorial Health. This leadership role requires a passion for healthcare, exceptional communication skills, proven fundraising expertise, and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders to achieve our mission.
Required: Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in a relevant field such as nonprofit management, healthcare administration, business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience (5 years) in nonprofit fundraising, preferably in a leadership role, with a track record of successful major gifts, capital campaigns, grant writing, and fundraising campaign management
Pay Range: $28.72-$43.09
