Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Administrative Assistant with a recruiting/staffing background to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a customer-oriented attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations and assist with payroll duties while providing exceptional service to clients and visitors.
Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
- Manage scheduling and appointments for staff members.
- Maintain an organized filing system for documents and records.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Support team members with personal assistant tasks as required.
- Assist with Payroll tasks as needed
Qualifications
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
· Proven experience as a receptionist, secretary, or similar role
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong organizational and time-management abilities
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· Professional appearance and demeanor
Preferred Skills
While not required, the following skills would be a plus:
· Experience with payroll and billing processes
· Recruiting and staffing background is preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 36 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
