This role involves identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and working closely with our recruiting team to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the staffing and recruiting industry
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
· Collaborate with the recruiting team to match clients with top talent
· Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
· Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients
· Negotiate contracts and close deals
· Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends and market conditions
Qualifications
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in staffing/recruiting sales
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
· Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
· Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
· Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
· Must have valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation
· Must be able to pass background check
