Job Title : Night Shift Material Loader
Hours : 7pm to 7am on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule
Starting Pay : $18 / hr.
Location : Conover, NC 28613
ProStaffing has partnered with a leading plastics manufacturer located conveniently in Conover, NC! Our client has recently implemented a state-of-the-art recycling line dedicated to processing scrap plastic pallets, totes, crates, and similar materials into regrind material. We are seeking dedicated team members to join their production team as Material Loaders.
Please note : the company is looking for candidates with proven longevity in their work history, job hoppers need not apply.
Responsibilities :
- Manually load pallets, totes, crates, etc., onto a conveyor belt for processing
- Perform standing, moving, bending, and lifting tasks throughout an 8-hour shift (must be able to lift up to 50 pounds)
- Maintain cleanliness by sweeping and cleaning regrind plastic from the floor as needed
- Work in an environment without air conditioning
