Now Hiring : Machine Operator Assistant
Location : Lenoir, NC
Hours : 6 AM - 6 PM, Monday - Thursday (Three-day weekends!)
Pay : $16 / hr (Day Shift)
Type : Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
Are you looking for a hands-on job with a great schedule and long-term potential? ProStaffing is partnering with a top manufacturing facility in Lenoir to find motivated and reliable candidates to join their team as Machine Operator Assistants!
What You’ll Do :
Support machine operators to keep production running smoothly
Load raw materials onto machines & operate a crane as needed
Inspect finished products for top-notch quality
Prepare items for shipping (box, wrap, and organize materials)
Keep inventory records & enter data into systems
Maintain a clean and safe workspace
What You Need :
Experience with hand tools and a strong mechanical aptitude preferred
Ability to operate a forklift or other lift equipment (or willingness to learn!)
Physically capable of manual labor : climbing, bending, standing long hours, and lifting up to 45 lbs
