Job Title : Shipping Associate
Hours : Mon-Fri 7am to 3 : 30pm
Pay : $18 / hr.
Location : Mooresville, NC 28115
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods in and out of our distribution center. Your primary duties will include loading and unloading shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring that all packages are processed efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience in a warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring quality control.
- Maintain inventory levels by tracking stock using AS400 or similar systems.
- Process incoming and outgoing packages, verifying contents against shipping documents.
- Organize the warehouse to optimize space and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving goals.
- Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy in stock levels.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
