We are seeking a proactive, professional, and customer-focused individual to handle high-volume customer calls and inquiries. You will work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking between phone calls and system use, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Duties:

Handle 100 calls per day, including emails and customer inquiries

Proactively follow up with customers in a timely manner

Data entry and order acknowledgment
*
Resolve issues independently with a calm, patient, and compassionate approach
Key Skills & Requirements:

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
*
Strong phone skills and a proactive approach to customer service
*
Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
*
Familiarity with SAP (preferred but not required)
*
Strong character traits: dependable, team player, and self-motivated
Pay Range: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
