Essential Functions
· Acts as key administrator of the Workday application.
· Works closely with the Sr. Workday Administrator to troubleshoot issues, provide high level support, and prioritize issues based on severity and impact. Resolves issues or identifies vendor escalations as needed. Owns issue until resolved.
· Works closely with business stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy integrations and solutions in Workday, utilizing Studio, Connectors, Payroll Integrations, inbound and outbound EIBs, custom reports, and configuration in Workday business processes.
· Investigates integration failures, performs root cause analysis, and implements plans to mitigate and prevent future issues.
· Sets-up configuration for security domains, business process management, security groups, intersect and aggregate security groups, authentication policy, integration system users and other configuration elements, as needed. Provides application performance monitoring, evaluation, and optimization.
· Supports People and Finance teams with configuring and developing the applicable Workday Sku's: HCM, Talent Management, Absence, Benefits, Learning & Development, Compensation, Time Tracking, Payroll.
· Works closely with internal partners to maintain Workday Business Process Configuration and Configurable Security
· Participates in cross functional projects teams to maximize the Workday suite to provide an easy and efficient employee and manager experience. Influences cross functional teams in the design, development and implementation of Workday functionality and system enhancements, ensuring alignment with business goals. Processes change requests supporting modifications to the application configuration.
· Analyzes existing processes to identify inefficiency and opportunities for improvement. Implements or direct the implementation of such process improvements.
· Ensures successful installation and validation of vendor-provided upgrades and patches.
· Monitors license usage and budgeting for licensing costs. Provides metrics on anticipated needs during budget cycle and submits procurement requests when additional licenses are required.
· Develops and maintains all internal documentation and work instructions related to Workday.
· Maintains relationship with vendor to resolve application issues and ensure that Early Warning’s needs for new functionality are considered in future releases.
· Participates in biannual release activities including reviewing, testing and implementing upgrades and patches.
· Supports the company’s commitment Risk Management by protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.
Minimum Qualifications
· Education and experience typically obtained through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
· 3 years or more of relevant experience in Workday administration
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with Workday’s configurable security, Core HCM Business Processes, Alerts and Notifications framework.
· Minimum 2 years’ experience developing Workday custom reports and calculated fields. Ability to ensure all operational transactions are captured accurately and interfaced timely while maintaining data integrity.
· Strong experience with Workday Integration toolset -Studio, EIB document transformation, Core Connector, Cloud Connect, PECI, Report Writer, BIRT, APIs, RaaS, Web Services, XSLT, & REST URLs
· Must be able to maintain interfaces between connected applications and Workday.
· Demonstrated ability to design and solution new integrations with Workday as needed.
· Demonstrated experience in implementation and delivery of new functionality within Workday, including HR Management, Payroll, Time Tracking, Benefits, Recruiting, Learning, Reporting/Analytics, and Workforce Planning.
· Ability to identify opportunities to leverage Workday capabilities in support of business goals and objectives.
· Experience building automation where applicable for Workday related processes.
· Ability to recommend Workday/ finance specific process improvements, innovative solutions, and ways to remain compliant with policy and regulatory requirements.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· General knowledge or familiarity with Windows OS, MS Office, Visio
· General knowledge or familiarity with applications such as JIRA and ServiceNow
· Demonstrated experience supporting vendor-provided applications.
· Self-starter who has the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
