RESPONSIBILITIES
Gathering materials
Generating and reviewing documents
Making technical presentations
Developing and maintaining programs
Providing meaningful technical support
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or universitynin an engineering, scientific, business, or technical discipline and threenyears of experience in managing a DOD / IC contract / task order.
Allowable substitution : Seven years professional technicalnactivities related to the management of a DOD / IC contract / task order
Three (3) years of experience in :
DoD / IC contracts ensuring quality of products and services,nschedules, cost control, business relations, and management of personnel thatnincludes :
Planning, directing, coordinating, and managingnadministrative activities of the contract;
Supervising personnel in the execution of assignednduties / tasking;
Reviewing and maintaining quality of technical work donenon the program;
Monitoring and reporting task order performance andnfinancial status; and
Controlling budget, schedule, and task execution.
Proficient with :
Microsoft Office : Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Clearance :
An active Secret clearance is required.
PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS
As per the responsibilities, it is imperative in this position to have accurate and effective written and verbal communication to serve the customer's concerns and collect feedback in a positive manner. Moreover, to support the maintenance and performance of current and future programs, the development of tracking tools, matrices, templates (to analyze data efficiently), and reports are also vital
