We are looking for a seasoned Marketing and Proposal Specialist to take charge of our marketing initiatives and support our proposal development efforts.
Position Overview
The Marketing and Proposal Specialist will play a key role in driving our firm's marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, and crafting high-quality proposals. This position requires a creative and detail-oriented professional with strong writing, formatting, and graphic design skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the firm's objectives.
- Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content to build the firms online presence.
- Lead the creation, editing, and formatting of proposals to meet client requirements and deadlines.
- Support proposal efforts by developing compelling narratives, integrating visuals, and ensuring alignment with branding standards.
- Design and format marketing collateral, presentations, and other promotional materials.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
