We are currently searching for an experienced Proposal Coordinator to support our Southeast Region located in Atlanta, GA .

What you’ll be doing :

Assisting the team with winning new business by supporting the proposal development process
Developing, writing, editing, and proofreading project descriptions, staff resumes, and marketing collateral
Updating information in project descriptions / resumes / proposals / qualifications for use in proposals
Proofreading proposal materials and providing quality control checks

What you need to have :

Bachelor’s degree – liberal arts or marketing

3 - 5 years of experience in the AEC industry

Experience in supporting proposal development in response to owner RFPs / RFQs, especially in the transportation engineering field, a plus

Aptitude for managing multiple, concurrent tasks and working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Ability to write clearly and succinctly with a high-level of accuracy, using proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation

Professional interpersonal skills with the ability to work with colleagues at all levels of the organization

Must be detail oriented and self-motivated

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; graphics skills and programs a plus

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Deltek is strongly desired
