What are the responsibilities and job description for the Oracle Cloud HCM Integration Developer Lead position at ProTalent Finders, LLC?
This is a Hybrid Role located in Alexandria, VA. There are no Third Party Options available for this position and No H1B Visa sponsorship is available.
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement and support Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud applications with a focus on integrations.
- Analyze and resolve issues, ensuring timely remediation and system efficiency.
- Automate end-to-end integrations using HCM Cloud SOAP, REST, and ATOM web services.
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to Oracle HCM Cloud, including REST and SOAP calls and File-Based Data Imports (FBDI).
- Build inbound and outbound integrations for Oracle HCM Cloud using BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, OTBI Reports, Data Loader, and Spreadsheet Loader.
- Collaborate with the project team to meet integration requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions.
- Provide technical expertise on Oracle ERP and HCM interfaces, guiding integration best practices and methodologies.
- Develop and execute unit testing for integration components and web services (SOAP/REST).
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate with third-party service providers for Oracle application issues and code migrations.
- Participate in client meetings to discuss integration solutions and provide demonstrations.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Provide technical estimates and design recommendations for integration solutions.
- Track and report the status of integration workstreams to the project manager.
- Lead teams of up to 8 people.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 7 years of experience implementing HCM solutions, with a strong focus on HCM SaaS applications.
- Must have VBCS experience.
- Proven experience as an Oracle Cloud HCM Integration Developer, with hands-on experience in OIC and Oracle HCM Cloud integrations.
- Expertise in PL/SQL, Oracle ADF, and Oracle BI Publisher.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud integration methodologies and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with clients and technical teams.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with leadership and team management capabilities.
Salary : $95 - $105
