IT Support Technician
We are looking for an IT Support Technician to assist with computer deployments, SCCM imaging, Intune cleanup, and Active Directory management for a 12-week contract with the possibility of extension. This role is onsite in Columbus, OH , working closely with the Service Desk team to build, configure, and deploy approximately 70 computers , while also ensuring the accuracy and organization of Intune and Active Directory environments .
What You'll Do
- PXE Boot & Deploy Computers using SCCM .
- Patch Computers using VMP (can be taught if needed).
- Manage Active Directory with ADManager , moving computers into the correct OU groups .
- Install Software on new computers using SCCM & Intune .
- Clean Up & Organize Intune , removing old devices, verifying current assets, and adding missing ones (includes both work cell phones & computers ).
- Work closely with the Service Desk team to ensure smooth deployments and system organization.
