Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Manager located in Vista, CA. The Information Technology Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company's technology operations. The manager will also ensure the security and efficiency of the company's technology systems and infrastructure by implementing, monitoring, and maintaining appropriate systems and procedures.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive plan for system development, encompassing routine maintenance and regular updates to ensure optimal performance.
- Lead the successful implementation of a cutting-edge ERP System, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central. Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is an essential requirement.
- Establish and implement a methodical approach to Microsoft Office 365 integration, encompassing Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint, to enhance productivity and collaboration across the organization.
- Devise and oversee a robust security protocol that serves as a fortress guarding our IT infrastructure and sensitive data, adhering to industry best practices in information security.
- Take the lead in developing and enhancing internal and external communication platforms, such as intranet, VPN, cloud services, and firewalls, to elevate our organization's IT capabilities and streamline communication processes.
- Provide unwavering support and technical assistance to departmental users, ensuring a seamless and efficient operation of information technology within the company.
- Play a pivotal role in the acquisition and management of software and hardware resources essential for sustaining and advancing the company's operational needs.
