Service Center CSCS TX ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Lead the development of innovative learning programs using emerging technologies, including AR/VR, and simulations to drive learner engagement and knowledge retention. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess learning needs and design impactful learning experiences that leverage modern instructional design principles. Demonstrates project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects with varying levels of complexity to successful completion with minimal supervision. Develops, recommends, and implements strategies to deliver on modernizing Caliber’s learning technology strategy and developing improvements keeping current with business needs. Manage end-to-end project delivery of learning initiatives, from concept and design to implementation and evaluation, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Understanding latest in learning technology platforms (e.g., LMS, LXP), providing insight to Learning Enablement team to ensure seamless integration with other business systems and delivering data-driven insights to measure program effectiveness. Drive change management efforts to support the adoption and continuous improvement of new learning technologies across the organization. Work closely with senior leadership to ensure learning programs align with organizational talent development strategies and key performance indicators (KPIs). Stay ahead of emerging trends in learning technologies, instructional design, and technical training development to continuously evolve learning programs and strategies. Performs other duties as assigned. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, etc.), and experience developing engaging learning solutions across various formats (eLearning, instructor-led, blended, etc.). Experience with AR/VR or similar technologies in training and a passion for experimenting with new technologies to enhance the learning experience. Demonstrated expertise in learning management systems (LMS), learning experience platforms (LXP), and other related tools. Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on-time, high-quality results. Excellent change management skills, with experience leading the adoption of new technologies and processes within an organization. Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop new and innovative solutions to complex learning challenges. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to senior leaders and engage stakeholders at all levels. Proven ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as IT, HR, and business leaders to drive learning initiatives forward. Desired Skills: Experience with the integration of learning technologies into broader talent management systems. Proficiency in using design tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate, etc.) and other authoring tools to create interactive learning modules. Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with experience managing and developing teams of instructional designers and other learning professionals. A passion for staying on the cutting edge of learning technologies and methodologies. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: 5-10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Learning Technology, or a similar field, with a proven track record in creating innovative learning programs. BS or BA in Instructional Design, Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred but not required. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Position requires little to moderate physical activity. Handling of average weight objects up to 15 pounds; occasional standing or walking; frequently at a keyboard, workstation, or desk. WORK ENVIRONMENT: Work is typically in a normal office administrative environment involving minimal exposure to physical risks.
