What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Administrative Assistant position at PROtech Staffing Solutions?
One of our customers is searching for an Operations Administrative Assistant.What you will do : -Assist with the daily operations of the Operation Department-Provide administrative support to the Operation Staff and Shift Team Supervisors, taking direction on priorities from the Operations Manager.-Assist department with Requisitions and Accounts Payable.-Order equipment and supplies, coordinating with Procurement Department as needed.-Maintain and update Controlled Documents for the Operations Department.-Maintain departmental files and record keeping.-Assist in organization and maintenance of the Operations SharePoint site.-Attend, coordinate, and record meetings notes. Manage action items lists as necessary.-Assist with managing the Flame Retardant Clothing (FRC) program for the Operations Department.-Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports.-Safeguard the confidentiality of all sensitive communicationWhat you will bring (Education & Experience) : High school graduate or equivalent-Minimum 3-5 years administrative or secretarial experience. Skills : -Team player who is self-directed, flexible, and adaptable.-Communication, interpersonal, and written skills.-Organizational and multitasking skills.-Work well under pressure and with minimum direction-Must maintain a high level of ethics and trustworthiness.-Proficient computer skills are necessary. Experience with Outlook e-mail, web browsers, and other Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.-Represent the Company in a professional manner in all internal and external communications
