About Us :

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with a background in construction to join our dynamic team. We are a manufacturing and construction company in the entertainment industry, and we are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage complex projects and ensure smooth execution from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage construction and manufacturing projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Assist the Senior Project Manager as necessary to complete projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, engineers, and specialty consultants.
Utilize Textura, Microsoft Project, and Procore to manage schedules, workflows, budgets, and documents.
Apply basic AutoCAD and drafting skills to interpret technical designs and assist in project planning.
Review and mark up drawings using BlueBeam.
Oversee procurement, resource allocation, and vendor management to ensure efficient project delivery.
Maintain clear and organized documentation for internal and external reporting.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience managing projects within the construction or manufacturing industries.

Proficiency in Textura, Microsoft Project, and Procore ; working knowledge of AutoCAD .

Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for collaboration and leadership.

Experience working remotely and managing distributed teams is a plus.
