We are looking for a Radon Estimator to grow our book of business. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating jobsite work and materials and provide quotes to customers.

Responsibilities

Conducts initial evaluation of project onsite or telephone evaluation.
Provides customers with estimates for review.
Handles customer service issues and complaints.
Fields incoming calls for sales and customer product or service issues.
Assists in regional events including presentations and sales regarding product and service offerings.
Assists with providing supplies and training resources.
Assists with deployment and retrieval of measurement devices, diagnostics, and problem solving.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat

Ability to coordinate and communicate efficiently with multiple moving parts and various levels of management and team members.

Ability to work within and meet established deadlines.

Highly organized and advanced detail-orientation.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Mechanically inclined.

1 plus year construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC experience, or building maintenance.

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Must have a valid driver's license.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

NRPP certification for radon mitigation, or ability to obtain this certification within an established timeline upon hire.

Self-starter with a proven track record of working independently.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

This job operates primarily in an office and field environment.

May routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, etc.

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, or in a vehicle.

Must be able to occasionally lift 50 pounds.

25 - $25 a year

This position offers competitive compensation starting at $25.00 an hour. Compensation varies based on skill, experience, and location This position is also eligible for competitive benefits and travel reimbursement.
