JOB SUMMARY
The Merchandise Manager oversees the planning, selection, and presentation of products to maximize sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This role involves analyzing market trends, managing inventory, and collaborating with vendors, buyers, and cross-functional teams to ensure the right products are available at the right time. The Merchandise Manager is responsible for driving product performance, optimizing assortment strategies, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience that aligns with the company's goals and brand identity.
