The following are the key responsibilities but not limited to include requirements gathering, process mapping, system configuration, user training, and data analysis within the ERP platform.
Responsibilities :
- Requirements Gathering :
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs, identify pain points, and document detailed functional requirements for ERP system implementation and customization.
Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization, mapping workflows and identifying potential bottlenecks within the ERP system.
Translate business requirements into system designs, configuring ERP modules and functionalities to meet specific business needs.
Participate in the implementation process, including testing, data migration, user training, and go-live support.
Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials and sessions to educate end-users on ERP system features and functionalities.
Analyze ERP data to generate reports and dashboards that provide insights into key business metrics and identify trends for decision-making.
Facilitate change management activities to ensure smooth transition to the new ERP system and address user concerns.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support to users.
Work closely with IT teams, project managers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful ERP implementation and ongoing maintenance.
