You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) integrations within the Infor M3 ERP system, translating business requirements into technical solutions to ensure seamless data exchange between a company and its trading partners, utilizing specific Infor M3 tools and programming languages to manage EDI mapping, data translation, and transaction processing within the platform.

Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
- 5 plus years of designing, developing, and maintaining Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) integrations within the Infor M3 ERP system
- Infor ION - middleware
- Hands on experience translating business requirements into technical solutions to ensure seamless data exchange between a company and its trading partners, utilizing specific Infor M3 tools
- Technical proficiency with programming languages to manage EDI mapping, data translation, and transaction processing within the platform
- Proficient in Troubleshooting
- Customer Service expertise
- Knowledge of Business Process optimization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Relevant certification or degree in Information Technology or related field
Key Responsibilities :
Create and manage EDI maps within the Infor M3 environment, translating data formats between internal systems and external trading partner standards (e.g., X12, EDIFACT) to facilitate accurate data exchange.
Develop and implement custom EDI integrations using Infor M3 tools and programming languages to connect the ERP system with external EDI systems and trading partner networks.
Ensure data integrity by designing and implementing data validation rules within EDI mappings to identify and address errors before data transmission.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to onboard new trading partners, including setting up EDI connections, defining data exchange protocols, and conducting testing.
Monitor EDI transactions for errors, troubleshoot issues related to data mapping, file transfer, and partner connectivity, and implement necessary corrections.
Create comprehensive documentation for EDI processes, including mapping specifications, data flow diagrams, and user guides, and provide training to internal users on EDI functionalities.
Stay updated on industry EDI standards and regulations to ensure compliance with relevant data exchange requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Strong understanding of Infor M3 ERP system, including its programming languages and EDI capabilities.
Expertise in EDI standards like X12, EDIFACT, and related data formats.
Proficiency in relevant programming languages used within the Infor M3 platform, such as RPG, to develop and maintain EDI integrations.
Ability to analyze data flows, identify potential issues, and implement data quality improvements.
Understanding of business processes and supply chain operations to effectively translate business requirements into EDI solutions.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business users and external trading partners.
