Protege Hunters has an immediate opportunity for a Sr Security and Workday Business Process Analyst. The ideal candidate must have expert level knowledge of Workday security and experience configuring domain, user, and role-based security and data access policies and experience in data management, including data modeling, data integration, data quality assurance, and data governance practice. A certified Senior Security and HCM Workday HRIS Analyst will Lead the configuration and ongoing maintenance of Workday HCM modules, focusing on security and system performance with this dynamic company. The role involves tasks related to business process improvement, analytical skills, business analysis, and business process management on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS roles, with at least 3 years specializing in Workday systems.
- Strong knowledge of payroll, integrations, and HR operations, particularly within a secure framework.
- Must have experience collaborating with HR, IT, Audit, and other stakeholders to align HRIS strategies with organizational.
- Project Management to lead initiatives strategically.
- Expert at analyzing existing HR processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for enhancement.
- Proven track record with Develop, implementation and management of comprehensive security policies and procedures for Workday environments.
- Experience in data reporting, including proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and generating actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Business Process Improvement and Business Process Management skills
