Job Description:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales and building lasting relationships with our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include generating leads, closing sales, and supporting the sales team to meet monthly and annual sales targets. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities via phone, email, online platforms and in person visits
- Qualify and follow up on inbound leads, converting them into sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations.
- Present and demonstrate products or services to potential customers.
- Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and business growth.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, products, and competitors.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer service (minimum of 1 year).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Previous experience in the restaurant industry is a plus.
