We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Assistant to support our Township Search Process. This role involves coordinating with vendors, managing search requests, extracting and organizing data, and ensuring smooth communication between team members and external partners. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor Coordination: Place township search projects with various vendors and ensure timely processing.
- Data Management: Abstract and organize key data from completed searches for internal use.
- Tax Certificate Orders: Request tax certifications from various vendors, monitor their progress, and input the information into our system once completed.
- Communication & Follow-ups: Maintain clear and professional communication with vendors and team members to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any issues.
- Process Support: Assist in managing and improving the efficiency of the township search and related processes.
- General Support: Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Job Requirements
: Some college is preferred, but High School Diploma accepted with experience
: Prior experience in operations, real estate, title research, or a similar field is a plus but not required.
